The coach help the client to become aware of their underlying beliefs plays an important role in shifting perspective and gaining a growth mindset, which can, in turn, help people gain a different attitude toward life. 

 

Change not only can happen at the individual level but can be even more powerful if it happened at the group level. For that change to take place both individuals and groups should have an understanding on what lies below the surface.

How it works

For YOU

  • We start with a discovery session to get to know each other and see if we can work together. There is no commitment obligation after this session. 

  • In case we will decide to work together, I will send you a coaching agreement, this is about the confidentially and conditions of our work together, as well as a proposal of a package that we will estimate might be necessary to work together. 

  • In our first session we will discuss goal-setting and prioritisation, and we will co create a plan for our journey together. 

  • In general a 6 session package is good enough to achieve your milestones, over a period of 2 to 3 months. But depending on the topic of coaching and how comfortable you are with it, it might take less ( e..g. 2 session) or more than 6 sessions.

  • After the first 6 sessions, we can look at your progress and you can decide how best you will continue your journey with or without me
